Perhaps I did? I think things have changed a lot in all areas of life frankly. Many of the bands that we all grew up with, grew up with each other to some extent.
I do think you are right though. There is no loyalty these days but in the world of Music I think I can understand some portions of it when someone needs to leave on a promise.
My experience however is that promises don't last that long.
