I can understand your argument, Hayden King. However, in today's world where technology can make the difference between lies and facts (not the government);I find it pretty clear about who should die, or not.
Like, in a case of a serial violent rapist where there are multiple DNA evidence
collected from the victims, where there are multiple
trophies collected at the residence of the rapist, plus, the admission of guilt by the rapist himself. I have to say, as far as the lies go, it's pretty much impossible in these cases. There is such thing as
undeniable evidence!!!
It's not about killing, it's about
protecting society from certain
uncorrectable individuals.
Also, as for your comment here:
Hayden King wrote:The government will never find the dividing line for who deserves to die, and I sure as hell don't want a bunch of shallow ass politicians making that choice for me or my loved one's... EVER!
I would say that most soldiers that are fighting insurgents to bring freedom and order, would disagree with you. The government
does decide who should die, every time they send your fellowmen to war. Same applies to internal affairs!
I'm sure that you are glad that "shallow ass politicians" decided to
eliminate the Brits, 233 years ago, so you and your love ones could have your
independence....
