I appeciate all the feedback. I agree with all Ive heard and did not know so far and will try to pick them up. Im with pocket on the groove thing . Thats allways been my style trying to hold the rhythym and timing down not having a drummer most times. But I want to put a lot more positive experience to work in our original stuff and figure picking up a few progressions from the best would help. A lot of guitar players who play bass screw up the bass lines so bad its hard to play with. Thats the reason Ive been real picky about the differences between the two instruments and being a decent guitar player sure dont mean you can play bass. A good guitar player appreciates a good bass it can make or break any band. Weve got a good gig to play this fri evening , Ive found a really good guy to help me learn some new stuff, fairly cheap, I ordered a new recording mixer and software, work has been off about 75%, AND
