"The Blues had a baby, and they called it Rock&Roll"-Muddy Waters
The British blues of the 60's evolved the blues into a more rock like form. I consider myself a blues rocker who happens to like most all other forms of music.
I enjoy listening to Robert Johnson, Muddy, Skip and Elmore James, Freddie, B.B. and Albert King as much as Peter Green, Mick Taylor, Clapton, or Rory Gallagher. I'm not a purest, however, and it's all great music!
Sentient Paradox,
Great video! Incredible acoustic rockin'! (Gotta watch it again)... I havent listened to Mclaughlin in a long time. I wore out my vinyl copy of Mahavishnu Orchestra,s "Birds Of Fire"years ago!..... Thanks!
