The SOS x2 or possible change. Which do you choose?
"Change....for the sake of change"? for the obama haters and name callers, those who continue to refuse to acknowledge he ever did ANYTHING good .... since their view is "it's ALL gone to $hit" and the world is gonna end a week from tues.....yeah, they're gonna be the first to vote for "change".
and those who see it otherwise, and so aren't hung up on the desperate need to "change", that's not a reason to vote for an outsider (who doesn't have a clue).
of course there are things that should be changed and things that could be done better. when or where is that ever NOT the case?
for me, it's not hard to extrapolate what this country might look like under each candidate's presidency. and i simply look at their track records ( everyone hold yer horses....no need to point out either candidates boo boos or what you BELIEVE to be their boo boos......we all know the score there at this point, thank you very much).
i simply look at their level of exp, ideologies, temperament, and track record, and it's a simple and clear cut choice.
Vampier, as for serious non contentious discussion on this, i have little respect for the whole "branding thing", and those who engage in it as trump (and you) do.
trump had a cute little nickname for each of his republican opponents and for everyone he has a beef with. IMO it's a tactic that paints it's practitioner in a poor light. and when these 'brand names" are used over and over and over.... as soon as i hear "Black Messiah", "Lying Hag", and all the other pet names.....that says more to me about the person stooping to that kind of 'branding" than it does about their target. and it negates serious and substantive conversation.
yes, i called trump a "Cheese Doodle" the other day....but that's not how i continually refer to him ad nauseum.
change for the sake of change? w someone as unhinged and unqualified as trump?.... i don't think so.
my 2008 Toyota Sienna is getting a little long in the tooth w 280K miles on it....it's got some rattles and it's kinda dinged up. but i sure as hell aren't going to replace it w an Edsel just for the sake of change.
