most citizens are outraged by a law that was conceived in the 1800's and decimates the land by overgrazing of domesticated livestock of all kinds..

wow...you really are naive. I'm from Texas, farther west that you are and we have been at the center of cattle trade since Amarillo was founded.most citizens are outraged by a law that was conceived in the 1800's and decimates the land by overgrazing of domesticated livestock of all kinds..
Show us "most" people who are complaining about this man's cattle in the middle of nowhere. Heck, show me one from the state of Nevada who isn't in FEDERAL government.
You can't do it because that isn't true. You are being played for a fool by Harry Reid...pretty easily.

Those videos you won't download blow huge holes in every argument you've made with the simple common sense that God gave a cow.
Firstly, the Federal Government has no right to claim land not currently owned by an individual. If anything, that land is public and should administered by the State of Nevada. The rancher offered to pay these bogus fees to the State of Nevada since the day they were imposed.
Secondly, the Federal government itself made a decision before any of this came up to destroy those turtles that it claims they are "protecting" from a few cows eating grass in 160,000 acres. Heck, they've been nuking Nevada and testing weapons on top of them for the last 80 years. You actually believe that crap about protecting them?
Thirdly, through the use of these bogus regulations, fees, and intimidation the government has run off EVERY RANCHER who worked the land over the last century except this one, who had the guts to oppose their corrupt landgrab.
The Federal government is lying to the public and its just too obvious. That video points out at least a half dozen ways. You ought to watch it, or admit that you don't really know what you're talking about on the issue.
