well, he definitely had an axe to grind, and yeah we're getting HIS point of view only... but he does make a pretty compelling case for him getting screwed around by a couple of egotistical meglomaniacs.
When I read a horrrid biography they did on Janis Joplin (in the late 70's) was then that I swore off of biographies all together. These authors are basically full of sh*t, they often lie through their teeth...all in the name of "human Interest content" to get their books to sell... Half of them shook hands one day with the celeb...and suddenly they are the resident expert on the celeb's life.
If you guys get famous, get your
best friends (Not mangers, agents or groupies) to write the book. It will still be biased, but definately more truthful.
