name a very few...
-Moors Parachutes/Hangliders - Weapons tech... Not life inprovements.
-Moors Dicipline of Surgery - (taken from Hippocrotes- Greek 500 BC)
Life improvement
-Moors Averoism - A muslum Philosopher, who actually tried to reconcile Islamic Philosophy with Aristotelianism. Of course, Thomas Aquinas later referred to the outcome as 'radical Aristotelianism'. So in effect, the Muslums 'surgically' selected what suited their imperitives. (Hence the challenge later, about their 'moral' value)
most of these distinctions Occured near the Onset of ISLAM and were really more a function of Arabic/Mauric culture, rather than ISLAM. ISLAM suppressed most of it as it quickened and exapnded. HOWEVER..One very distinct attribute of ISLAMIC expression was in its architecture. While it was beautiful to see, it existed for Musulms and not for anyone else.
