Genes can have lots to do with music. Some people can't take loud music or sound. Others may need it loud to hear what they need to hear. That's me. There is nothing in my genes about music. History about tolerance to loud noise is prevalent. A small inner ear has been diagnosed and I have had right ear problems since my brother capped my ears (as seen on tv) when I was six. I have to be careful not to get water in them or go legally deaf. I have used hair driers to get water out of my eardrums. I do not use Q-tips before showering. Ear wax is good at keeping water out. Sometimes my right ear hears sounds different that my left. It makes nice stereo quality. I can only use the phone with my left ear. I only have to protect hearing in my left ear. I can feel good base lines and drums in my chest. That is cool. Electronic sounds not intended to be heard- I can hear. Sour notes expose themselves. Stevie Nicks said her grandpa was an unsuccessful musician, and that her success was validation. Where do I stand with all this information? That's none of your business.
