....PaperDog ...yes that is San Francisco all right. Although I am certain that those types of scum may be found in every major city. This is an excellent example of so very many things.

The US is a Democracy ? The Gentleman had just as much right to video as that "creature" had to demonstrate.

That is exactly the kind of thing which can turn tragic instantly ...more tragic that is. What if he was somehow injured or possibly had an existing condition that was made worse ? He goes home, does not feel so good and goes to bed and never gets up.

A hemohrage ...a hernia ... an operation ? All possible.

The only thing is to intercede as intelligently and as effectively as possible under the quite dangerous "mob" conditions and get the police involved to document in case something bad goes down later. It annoys when people like that get away with no consequences ... then they laugh about it and consider it to be a feather in their cap only to be done again when given the "opportunity".

This sort of mentality is quite common in a mob situation. Many watch the Arabs or some other foreign mob get all worked up and say what are they crazy ? We would never do that but I have found anywhere no matter the general education, how well it is policed by those others involved or the police ... this kind of thing happens.

It is rather stupid to be angry about videotaping as it is a freedom or right and I wonder what that person would do if they were filming in another demonstration of some sorts and the Police tased her or beat her with a club ? This kind of thing is also happenning as well.

San Francisco in my opinion has this undeserved reputation and in reality it does not quite live up to the reputation it has. But at the same time it is my favorite city in the US and not everyone is like that ... there or anywhere. THERE ARE THOSE WHO DO EXIST THAT WILL STAND UP TO INJUSTICE.

Great Post and deeply thought provoking I feel. Acting like that ... like a racist or Nazi does nothing for credibility and only engenders hatred. Imagine if some Jews were just out of the synagogue and had their little beanies on ? That is exactly how the stupid violence starts.

So mny possibilities and most bad not good. Man the animal or in this instance the woman is the beast.

Vampier,
Having visited San Francisco (and yes! I stood there on the corner of Haight & Ashbury once!) , I was always enamored with that city. WHat I couldn't stand was the implicit Northern Cali arrogance and 9th District Court mentality. That relentless hypocracy of the city's wealthy who demand no less than a kings ransom to live in the metro area, and the anal retentiveness of all the left wingers who "wish' they could actually be as cool as they pretend to be. I am so disgusted with a majority of Californians , The liars they truly are (as in hypocrites).

This video illustrates how hateful they really are... I guarentee you, I have never seen such hatred in Texas, ever...

..."Frisco" ...? PaperDog... your assessment is spot on in my opinion. I lived in San Francisco for over a decade and in the Bay Area for over another decade. I am very well aquainted with the courts, building inspectors, police, jails and all the bureacratic poo that accompanies. There is outstanding amounts of hypocrisy, corruption, greed and cruelty ... all hidden behind a tattered veil of "peace and love" ....puke.

I was in Dallas before moving to S/F. A musician friend told me to go to S/F and not LA. otherwise I would kill someone. I think it was good advice. The "Golden Age" if there ever was one in S/S seems to have been during what I call "The Perry Mason Times" ... not the Gold Rush as it was truly hideous then nor the Hippie Crap, as it was a bit over the top then in other ways. Musically during the 60's S/F was no doubt a Mecca but England had it beat for 1st Place ... I believe. Earlier during the Perry Mason Times S/F was also musically very dynamic but in a different genre and with vastly more class and sophistication ...in my opinion.

A perfect example of what you state about S/F is an area called "Hunter's Point". Californians ...I think the best ones are either dead now or have moved elsewhere. Two words best describe the majority of Californians now ... Trained Idiots. There is another catagory that is much smaller ... Idiot Savants.

The "Golden State" became corupted totally by "Fool's Gold" from the Dot Com and Real Estate/Corporate "Boom". Any Californian Dream ultimately becomes a nightmare now. It is a Zoo ...bizarre people (not all bad) trundeling about in bizarre activities and bizarre places... I could tell you stories. The "inhabitants in their little worlds".

I take Texas over any other State. Always have. Now it is the only "Hope" for the USA and quite possibly the world. It has more real , honest, good hearted, hard working people than possibly anywhere else on earth ... at least for certain within the US. It is "big" is so many ways.

Creatures like that "woman" are a dime for three dozen in S/F. But now everywhere can be seen "Man the Animal" or Bitch in this case. Even the responses to your Post... I can understand the initial urge to do great violence upon "her" but this must be tempered with first disgust and then sympathy ... easier said than done. Reading Gandhi helps I find. It was a missed opportunity for someone to directly confront in a forceful but positive manner making an example of her and possibly getting at least an apology , at worst some support for the man and perspective on what the purpose and method should be compared to what it was in this instance ... a moral and intellect lesson. Easy to say for me but not so easy to do during the "heat" of a moment but something worth working on for all of us. I try more often than ever and fail more often than ever but also succeed more often than ever.

This is where I have a serious issue with the media in general, but with politics moreso...

What we have here is simply a person who is a piece of sh!t, a classless angry person, who obviously acts like a pile of sh!t likened to the radical and relatively minority status of whackos that plague the jerry springer show.

And yet, the video is edited down to display them at their absolute worst, and base an entire race/political movement on the actions of said piles of sh!t.

I happen to agree with the movement protesting for the jewish nation to leave gaza, and leave it alone, let them have their "state" and just let it go.

I don't agree with ANY extremism, so don't think for one moment that I connect with or validate the actions of that woman. (it was a woman, right?)..

But likening that group to ALL palenstinians? That's no different that blaming all blacks in america for the crimes of one. That's called racism where I come from. I hate that in this country, that open hatred and racism is perfectly acceptable (and often encouraged) against people in the middle east, when we take such huge steps to abolish racism in every other category.. it's hypocritical and conflicts with everything this country supposedly stands for.

I also believe the recent and ongoing bombing of gaza is extremism, and unnecessary. I also believe the assassination of the hamas leader who was lured under the guise of "peace talks" is atrotious and clearly violates international law.. (see quote and cite at the end of my post) we hung several nazis for the same actions. Israel is out of control lately, and needs to knock off the nonsense.

In any case, we as a country need to stop enabling extremism, and could do a lot ourselves to those ends. We engage in enough of it ourselves with drone strikes, to name just one of many atrocities we commit ourselves.

Israeli peace activist: Hamas leader Jabari killed amid talks on long-term truce
Gershon Baskin, who helped mediate between Israel and Hamas in the deal to release Gilad Shalit, says Israel made a mistake that will cost the lives of 'innocent people on both sides.'

Hours before Hamas strongman Ahmed Jabari was assassinated, he received the draft of a permanent truce agreement with Israel, which included mechanisms for maintaining the cease-fire in the case of a flare-up between Israel and the factions in the Gaza Strip. This, according to Israeli peace activist Gershon Baskin, who helped mediate between Israel and Hamas in the deal to release Gilad Shalit and has since then maintained a relationship with Hamas leaders.

Baskin told Haaretz on Thursday that senior officials in Israel knew about his contacts with Hamas and Egyptian intelligence aimed at formulating the permanent truce, but nevertheless approved the assassination.

“I think that they have made a strategic mistake," Baskin said, an error "which will cost the lives of quite a number of innocent people on both sides."

There's a lot to be said about first impressions. So, if I find a dead rat in my Burger King sandwich, I should still continue to buy their product? Lets just say for a brief moment that i should view them beyond what I just experienced...Well...That's a moment of wasted time I'll never get back... Sorry, But sometimes the 'face' represents the whole movement. If I were an Org, I'd be thinking real hard about how I'm getting represented, cause first impressions really do count and there are no 'reset' buttons..no 2nd chances (That's how the real world operates).

I happen to agree with the movement protesting for the jewish nation to leave gaza, and leave it alone, let them have their "state" and just let it go.

What qualifies that assertion? What do you know about the stake holders (or who they really are?). Are you aware of the militarily strategic advantage that the Arabs spotted in that land? They couldn't give a rats ass about right or wrong. Syria (and I suspect Egypt) can leverage the entire middle east with that vantage point. ANd here, you thought that they were just pissed off that they had to share a living-room. What part of intrepid Hatred against the Jews don't you get? The entire region is hell bent on annihilating them and yet, you favor that... while you complain about our minor prejudices via a US news media...on a fring group that you claim we should not judge... Hmmmm... :?

I dont know if its really racism or self defense. Lets put it this way... If one of the BLue-men came around and raped your family...what are the odds ...seriously..think about this...what are the odds you will NOT suspect the next blue man that shows up at your house...?:?

Really... Palestinans have been persecuting, murdering jews for decades. We always consoled the jews and told them to turn the other cheek.. If you ask me...It sucks to be an Arab right now..and the music in the background sounds like "Payback is a Bitch" . I support the Jews . f**k the Palestinians. If they were honest about anything I would show compassion... But they aren't honest about anything. HAMAS is Satin with an Ak47 and they are raw-hateful, so f**k em ALL! :)

In any case, we as a country need to stop enabling extremism, and could do a lot ourselves to those ends. We engage in enough of it ourselves with drone strikes, to name just one of many atrocities we commit ourselves.

Funny you are saying this... We stopped about 4 years ago, when the white house finally mustered up the balls to say that Israel has a right to defend it self. Don't like how that efficient approcah looks? Be grateful you live here. 8)

I don't know,

any city that allows grown men to wander about naked, should probably be burned to the ground and left that way as an example to others.

just my feeling
