The one thing that will break my heart when it goes is my voice. I Love
to sing. I havn't recorded in a while and I feel I need to while I still
have some power and skills. Oh well, life is a bitch then you die.
Just venting.

My Grandma used to grumble every once in a while and tell me: "...
Grow Old Gracefully...what a bunch of bull sh*t... Whats so graceful about stumbling around with my arthritus and what not...?" She had a great sense of humor...Actually pulled the 'False teeth at the bottom of the glass' trick on us once... She like to trip people up with her cane... That woman lived to be 102 years old. Her last words to me, as I held her hand..."I'm losing my mind..." She was an artist and painted up to her last days... (We used to tease her and say it was the turpentine that kept her going)... She was a fantastic woman... Humble, With charm and always a wise crack with a smile...
My point ...Be fantastic at 55 , 56, and so on... We cant take any of this sh*t with us... Its hard to dodge the rain with a walker...so embrace the rain
BTW Happy Birthday , man... Aint it good to be alive!
