THINK. For hundreds of thousands of years man has walked and ate what he could while walking: Berries, seeds, fruit, nuts, mushrooms, all manner of animals found from the top of mountains to the bottom of the sea, etc. Until quite recently this food was uncontaminated by chemicals. Is it any wonder that with so many people living a lazy lifestyle and consuming so many things that NEVER has been in our bodies before we have so many people SICK. I recently went through an episode of high blood pressure. Through eating mainly veggies, fruits, eggs, seeds, mushrooms, nuts and limited animal protein AND walking when I have time I have lowered my BP significantly. Now I could drop dead tomorrow, but I realize that you are what you consume and if it's sh*t you consume, well you know what happens. I believe in God who put what we need to survive all around us. If you don't believe in God that's okay. Either way take care of yourself because getting sick SUCKS...
