I hate a theif ! I think Usher were'nt too bright either , but untill the justice system starts working the way it ought to things are going to get a lot worse . Its up to all of the ass holes who do nothing when they see these crimes going down to start helping also . I lock my doors every time I get out of my work truck out of fear I may lose my tools or something that would be hard to replace. I recently had a virus hit my computer that really hurt my business and all of my files. They ought to catch and neuter that bastid ! I feel like I was ripped off royally !

But its still another day in Paradise !!!

Ya know, I often wonder about those who write the viruses. I can understand the concept of chaos & anarchy & such, but they sure seem to put one hell of a lot of effort into those programs for no return, more often than not. Wassup wit dat?

Is it simply a brain excercize for them? Is it the challenge of the thing?

WHY?

Because they can.

It's fame.

Some of them, almost WANT to get caught, so the world can put a face to the act. They are proud of themselves.

I agree with Collab. Viruses are one of the worst crimes, especially when we are becoming so dependent on the internet and computers, for communication, business, running our airports and national security.

They should have really stiff penalties for such acts, because they spread worldwide so quickly, and affect so many things.

KLUGMO wrote:It seems very odd to me that everyone's comments here are all about the victim being stupid and wrong. This is an example I think of how anesthetized the general public is to the level of crime that happens to those all around us at all levels of life. You know he had very tinted windows and a built in security system in the high dollar vehicle. With no merchandise in the vehicle that system was trusted to protect the vehicle itself. He did nothing wrong. He's the VICTIM. NOT the problem. We've all had something stolen from us, don't you remember how it felt. It Sucks. That gun in the mouth comment just startles me about what you claim to be and what you are REALLY all about. I think many of all of your comments here are reflective of a bigger problem that has spread across the country in regards to crime. Cant you see how you support the criminal by blaming and jumping on the victim immediately and pointing out his actions that supposedly caused the crime to happen. He bought merchandise, he drove to another store, he locked it and went into another store, he came out and it was Stolen From Him Period. A wise man said to me once "Always think before you act, Don't act before you think".

You misunderstand my point of view considerably.
Yes I would laugh at him for not being proactive to prevent being ripped off. But, I'd shoot the son of a bitch that did the ripping.
When I purchased my Les Paul, I did not leave it out in my Jeep till I got off of work for some one to jack. No, I knew it would be a stupid move, so I locked it in my office.
The biggest problem in this country is no one wants to accept any responsibility for their own lives.
That's what I am all about.

P.S. You don't know me at all, so judge all you like. You would simply be making an ass of yourself to those who do know me.
Something else for me to laugh about.

You know phil I believe these people who create viruses have a secret society of super nerds that compete to be the one who creates the most destructive and far reaching virus of all.
