Okay...I hesistate to mention this, cuz it's very strange & very embarassing, but I wanna know if anyone else has ever experienced this...

Over the last cpl weeks...every time I get around a male dog...er...um...his lil lipstick pops out. Is it my shampoo? I try to be friendly with dogs, but not THAT friendly! It doesn't even matter if the dog has been neutered.

Today, at the customer's house, I scratched her lil pugapoo on his head. Next thing I know, he's looking at me with longing in his eyes, & yep, there it was. I pretended not to notice it.

Then I came home & my own dog, Percy, who has been neutered, did the same damned thing. Wtf is going on? Spring fever?

The first time I saw it, of course, it had to happen at this guy's house with his yellow lab, & he laughed his butt off & said something about me & the dog getting a room. It's occured no less than 6 times in two weeks, & I'm starting to wonder why. Am I giving off a vibe? How do I make it stop?

It may be a hormone deficientcy.

When dogs get excited, they don't always differentiate which kind of excitement it is. It gets the blood going, the heart rate up.... to them... it's party time!

Dogs do that to me too sometimes.
I've no idea why? One of my Cats also behaves oddly sometimes too. When you have a pet they automatically think you are one of them so I think its pretty common and quite normal for them, not so for the paranoid though
