Why is nobody seriously questioning things the way they did with Heath Ledger and whacko Jacko??

Heart attack stroke many "natural causes" are perpetuated with drug and alcohol use. Not always the classic toxicology overdose too call such.
I don't know the guy, he may be straight as an arrow but just looking at him, knowing he has made lotsa money, the uniform he wears. (yes I do form part of my assessment of my fellow men by their dress)
Leaves serious doubts for me.
Like I said, burn out too fast, how many musicians could we list.
