It's well done, for what it is, I've never been a big SRV fan, though. You have chops, & that's all very well & good.
Do you write anything, or do you spend all your time learning other ppl's chops?
If I gave you a song you never heard, & told you the mood I was looking for, could you come up with your own leads to fit it?
I've been watching your vids for some time now, & I haven't seen anything that comes from you. Do you not have a unique personality, one that speaks his own words & thoughts? That would interest me far more than watching you cover other ppl's songs, other ppl's licks. Can you apply them in new ways?
What you're doing is fine, as far as it goes, but it tells me nothing about you, & I'd like to know a lil bit about Sean, the man, the musician, the luminous fibrous being. Gimme something that comes from your heart, your soul, your mind. Don't be scared to be you, or to let it show in your vids or your playing style. I wanna hear you, now.
If I've missed it, please point me in the right direction...

You are one lucky dude.
Sean, glad to see you doing something different. Good tone. Good playing. Pleasantly surprised. Stevie is legend. Post some more originals.

I saw SRV perform at a small club in NJ in the early 80's when he wasn't well known at all. I don't think the place was even 1/2 full and we were sitting within 20 feet of him. His two band members (Chris and Tommy) were just about falling asleep. I'm sure they were playing a lot of shows just getting started touring the U.S. I think within six months of that show he was world famous. He was obviously an incredible guitarist, although in that small club it was LOUD. Just about every band I've been in has covered at least a few of his tunes...
