Having them come up to dance & celebrate the music is one thing, imo, but just walking through to take a shortcut or whatever pisses me off...

She was actually the drummers roadie..... We did have some tech probs with the drum kit that night and we still had quite a few more songs to do but she(the drummer) smashed in the bass drum skin thus ending the night...

You know if you got a little goth/fantasy/dark magician type thingie going on, you might develop an original, sale-able idea/concept.

If that pic was black and white, one might think you folks were opening for Type O Negative with that new heavy sounding alt hit that one the radio.

Oh I think I like the red better. The black and white would work better for you if it was a little overexposed, darkening the dark portions of the photo.
If I had a CGI, I'd darken your dark stuff (i.e. beard hair etc.), and recolor the red background. (plenty spooky) It'd be part b+w, with red background injected. (The only thing you'd be missing is a really intimidating costume)

The beard makes you resemble the evil twin of Bono, trying to mind control the entire country. (very provoking)

Love your idea.... my drummer is the artist and the vocalist is the one with all the ideas.... I like the idea of keeping the curtain red and everything else black and white..... What about sepia?
