Guess you were too far away to slip them a CD, eh, Paul?

Bet it was a killer show. Looks like a HUGE production.

Tell us more!

Yeah I wish I could show them my looped version of With or without you! It was huge. They were awesome. Bono sounded a little ragged at moments. But was still huge!! Uploading a song I recorded with my point and shoot. Quality is surprisingly good. Will post a link asap. I'm uploading it to one of my other youtube accounts in case I get in trouble.

Muse opened and MAN I am a big fan of theirs now.

This is fabulous. I love the big open air shows. Actually Paul in one photo of you I had to blink because I though you were a band member :D

Where is this concert Paul?

Just curious, I saw them in Memphis a couple of times. One of them had Rage Against The Machine opening. I enjoyed them when I saw them.

Quite a production indeed, looks like you had a good time. It's been 25 years since I saw them, where does time go?

Wow Jimmy!
John they were in Charlottesville Virginia.
Chippy.... I WISH!

Bono thanked the rest of the band for letting him be in their band! How cool is that? They are for real so selfless and nice. They give of their talent and time and money. Bono says he doesn't have a choice. He has to sing to make a difference in this world.

Cool.

Thanks for posting this Paul.
Never was a U2 fan, but I bet I'd have enjoyed this show as much as you did.

I enjoyed the Zoo TV tour some years back They put on an awsome show for sure .
Speaking of Muse, theres a great article / interview with Chris Wolftenholme in bass player mag this month. If you get a chance to read it I think you will be pleasantly surprised . I weren't much of a fan myself till I read this article, but now I look forward to seeing them when they come around.

And its another day in Paradise !!!
