Some towns in California have already made it an offense to smoke in your own backyard.

The only offense I am starting to see is simple, If you don't own a second amendment RIGHT, you be out of luck.

Twist the law and scream as loud as you can.

If you don't own a politician,,,,, You better own a gun!

This is INSANE. What about all the exhaust from automobiles? What about having a fire in your fireplace? A barbecue in your backyard? What about all the restaurants that have some smoke from all the food they cook? What about the exhaust from coal fired power plants (that supply most of our electricity)? There's literally thousands of LEGAL sources of all kinds of smoke. THERE"S FUC*KING SMOKE EVERYWHERE! Where does the B.S. stop? Every time I hear another ridiculous law passed I want to puke. If there's any chance in hell that a law can be made and an attorney can make money off it, then we'll see all kinds of similar laws made. THIS IS ALL ABOUT MONEY. THE LEGAL PROFESSION RAKING IN MONEY. Get it? Money. It has NOTHING to do with public safety. It's ALL about money. Get it? Goddamned men in fancy suits figuring out how to move money from our pockets to theirs. FUC*KIN B.S...

You know. when I started smoking some 43 years ago nobody had cancer, even though everyone smoked. Nobody complained or whined about the smell or how horrible they were. Restaurants had "smoke eaters" in them and that filtered the air just fine.
Now it's so horrible that even catching a whiff out in the open air is dangerous.
So why the hell are they still legal and so readily available to us and our youth?
One way or another "they" are lying. Either cigarettes are not really so horrible and they're just scapegoating them to cover the toxic petrochemical industry's effect's on us, or they allow corporations to sell us poison that supposedly kills 440,000 people per year.

if it smells like sh*t and looks like sh*t....

...not to mention the sh*t they put into our food, Hayden...& the chemicals they feed us & call "medicine"...& the petrochemicals in our clothes...where will it end?

There is a local BAR B QUE place that just got shut down because some of the neighbors didn't like the ODORS coming from the restaurant.

Next it will be cow farts coming from a ranch, or worse, your neighbor complaining because you used your own bathroom and your sh*t stinks alot worse than theirs.

Where are the odor police, this an emergency, my neighbor just ate some beans.
