Drat. Thought I would pick up a hint or two really as regards the Indian stuff. Did you like it? Most over here are Italian orientated but I do see changes as of this last year or two.

I WANT the Apple recipe please if you would? They looked completely edible on the forum.

The lamb Kashmiri was OK. Not great. The chili fish appetizer was awesome!!!! The apples were just draped in caramel circles and heated for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. The other plate of apples were just sliced with peanut butter, honey, bananas, and grapes.
