Ahhhhhh... Honestly... So that's why I'm suffering from insomnia..seriously... got so bad my wife gave me something to knock me out 2 nights ago... gotta remember to stop puffin' at least 3 hours before bed time! Oh and for some reason, I think this stuff is causing "breakouts"! Geeez... I feel like a 50 year old teenager!

Just wean yourself. It's time. The E cig is just a stepping stone. Try to make it a short one. You can do it bro!

You don't smoke either , your voice is to good. Thanx for your encouragement, but if you don't smoke , it is not easy ,trying to stop.

Actually Crip, it may be withdrawal from some of the other 4 million chemicals in smoke. I don't think nicotine is the main problem, its all the the other stuff in cig smoke, the stuff that studies are weak in.
Can't sleep... HOT CHOCOLATE, and a couple good pokes with the wife,[ it's medicinal after all]

I smoked. I quit. I know exactly how hard it is. But thanks for the compliment.

I used dip to ween myself. I used smaller and smaller dips until they were just tic tac sized. Then it was all psychological. In my opinion it's really a similar process to the patch or the e-cigs. It was a LOT easier for me to control "doses" with dip than with a cig. I just found it really hard to just smoke half a cig or a couple puffs. You just want to finish it.

When I got this thing yesterday. I figgered the batteries would need charging, so I bought a reg pack, too. After Dddonnie & Mike bumming from me, I just finished the last out of that pack. Gee, I feel fine so far...LOL


This thing hasta be taken seriously, ppl! I gotta learn a whole new way of smoking, cuz this thing'll drive me ca-RAAZY if I use it like a real cig.

Small little occasional SIPS is all it takes, not my usual puffing twiddling puffing routines.

Next step is messing with ppl's heads in bars & stores & such. This one looks like a cig. It even has a lil red light on the end what looks like a cherry on a lit cig. It actually lights up when you draw on it. Pretty silly, really, but it'll be fun to stop some smoke nazi by "putting it out" on their face or something.

In the meantime, I'm down to this thing, & this thing only, to smoke, cuz I'm frikken BROKE after buying it. Seventy-five frikken BUX! They don't even say this is a stop-smoking aid. Sure is a LOT less messy, though, I'll give it that! That alone oughta get the wife off my back for a bit.

I was a little wound up at band practice...Dddonnie kept threatening to take it away from me cuz I was moving & talking too fast like I was wired on meth or something.

Yeah, Crip, you gotta back way off of this thingie, I fear. A little goes a looooooooooong way If you can taste it, the hit is too big I think.

I was at the gas pump one day last month with a half smoked cold cigar in my teeth.
This lady looked at me and sneered, "your not suppose to smoke at the the gas pump sirrrr! "

I just looked at her with this blank expression and ground the cigar into the back of my hand.

This woman I know can't stand the smoke. I was "smoking" my e-cig today, & she kinda got a lil snippy with me for it, thinking it was a real cig. I "put it out" on Jace's head, to her total horror! Way funny, ppl! Worth the 70 bucks for that lil joke alone, even if I never quit or ever use it again. I thought she was gonna have a connipshun her face got so reddish purple!

Update - I still smoke between 3 & 5 real cigs a day...mostly after meals. For me, that's a HUGE improvement.

Went fishing on Tue, & went all day without anything but this new toy. It seems to be helping quite a bit, now that I've cut back on its use.

Hey bob! I caught the biggest non-catfish I ever caught, too! A 25 inch large mouth! Woo-frikken-hoo! 'Twas tasty, too! In a tiny lil pond, though. I'm surprised there was room for a fish that big. Also got a 17 incher, & threw back 3 "little ones" that were all over a foot long.

I have a friend who is putting in a pond, & asked me what I think about putting koi in it...HAH! I told her "that's just so wrong!"

LOL I think I am going to smoke on the E-Cigarette just for fun.

The only fitting punishment for this kind action is
1: no fish for you 5 years.
2: you may only play Led Zepplin for the rest of your life.
3: if you continue to have this much fun with this you have to buy every smoker one of these things.

I heard a rumor that there are black market refills loaded with THC.
Can you imagine sitting in a police station, church, hospital, or courthouse smoking an E CIG and really its a joint, and nobody would Know.

I still wanna make some mushroom tea, like they do in Jamaica, & try to do my own refills...heh heh heh
