Do you have any goals?
Can you write down 5 goals in music, right off the top of your head?
No?
Maybe you could use a little more focus . . . dunno . . .
.
If so . . .
I'd suggest making a list of all your goals for your music.
If we can't write a goal down, then we only have vague wishes - and writing it down tends to make us add more specific details to our objectives.
.
Goals, like selling your music, playing 3 shows a week, a large concert every 2 months, meeting people 'in-the-know,' having 500 new people hear your music every day, jamming with new and great musicians . . . whatever.
ANYthing you want for your music- write it down.
I'll bet you surprise yourself with what you write down.
.
Hey, get out a piece of paper and a pencil, grab a coffee, take 10 minutes of your life, and make a long list of goals.
Brainstorm, until you can't think of anything more you want to accomplish in the world of your music.
And then set a timer for 3 minutes, and try to come up with 2 MORE goals, anyway (after you'd already run out of ideas). Often, the last one or two things we write down will be an "AHA!"
. . . if you know what I mean.
.
Anyway - then go back and prioritize the goals.
Which one 1st?
Which goal has to wait until something else is accomplished?
Find out exactly, specifically what you want.
Then see what needs to be accomplished first.
