Ok...I got back on the bus last night..only to find a really nasty letter from a Mom of a young lady...I Wrote back to the lady and told her that i wished her and her little girl all the luck in the Music world…. But i thought that she needed to have her little girl get a vocal couch….and to really work on her stage presents….I was not mean to her…I was just real!!!.... I told her that her little one had a great vocie…Unlike You At BMG, I am not a A&R rep Im just a singer songwritter/Recording Artist…. That just happens to have some talent…and god has smiled on me ….and my music…And Yes I Do Have An Eye For What People Want To Hear And See..But Im Not You My Bro..lol..Therefor i don’t know everything….About this biz… But i know great Talent When i Hear it….But she sent all of this to me…and i broke it down for her…. And if she thought i was mean…Well they would have ate her Little girl alive in Nashville..lol… Anyway…She blocked me cuz i did not tell her what she wanted to hear about her little girl… So let me tell her like this…..So I Posted This On A Bulletin.

Have A Big Billboard As You Come Into Town Saying

” HEY ALL YOU KARAOKE SINGER’S ” Record Labels Are Signing You… So Hurry Up And Get Your Deal!! Oh Wait They Might… If You Pay Them 1,000,000 Dollars… lol…..

Ok So Let’s say this karaoke singing Artist Get’s Very Lucky And Signs with a Big Record Label… Well NOW! This label tells them how they will live there life, I MEAN EVERY PART OF IT!!...lol… And Gives them a bunch of songs that someone like myself has wrote. Then this Label Shine’s them up to Look realllll goooood …And Bam! There Ya Go…Now They Sell Them To The Public Like A Piece of Candy…lol.. And I will not have some label telling me what they think is good And what they think sells…lol… That is why are these big Labels are not making any Money!!!! They use a cookie cutter way of doing things. People want real talent! Not another Carie Or Tim..We aIready have a Carie and a Tim… I mean people are getting smart to all the smoke And mirrors. They want a real talent… Not a industry lip singing pretty boy /or girl record label made star…That grew up in N.Y City and went to a Privet School and Now some Big Record Label is trying to sell as A Country artist… lol…I mean Come On!” What is Country about that!!!That is just fake…And people can tell these day’s…. FAST LIKE….The net has made it so…People Have seen this trick now too many time’s…lol… The Big labels can not fool them anymore… So they turn to artist like your’s truly…Or Other Artist’s on Indy Label’s..

I could care less about seeing my pretty face on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. I'm a musician because I enjoy it. I get lucky and play for people once in a while for some money. If I happen to get to a studio and produce a CD which brings me fame and fortune that's okay. If not, that's okay too. Your ranting and raving about the music business is drivel to somebody like me. When I die they'll be prying my Fender Precision Bass from my rigor mortis hands. I'll have a smile on my face. Regardless of "making it" or not "making it" in the music business. I have a dumb question. What percent of people who play and sing are in it for the money. I say 70% do it because they think they will make lots of money. Or is it 99% and Bob you are a 1 percenter.

I play music because I love it. I also like to get paid for playing because it gives me a good feeling making a (partial) living doing what I love. It's not like the two points are incompatible. I also like to go out and play, just sitting in with good musicians for the fun of it. I'll also go out and play music that I'm not too crazy about if the pay is good. There are just too many variables to really nail down the reasons for playing...no right and wrong ways. It's just music and it's big and beautiful. It evokes feelings from the soul and it can also make a house payment and child support.

I'm just impressed that you type that well, with so many letters missing. Clearly, I am more the three/four finger kind of typist. Should have practiced that fingering when I had the chance. But I am hella fast with only four fingers going.

And taking aside the Boomhauer phonetics of the ramblings. This is why I love this one the most.

It's from an old Judge Judy trick called "let's see who really wrote this letter". She asked a young man once who was denying that he wrote a letter to his girlfriend, to simply spell the word "white". His spelling, "whyte". And lo and behold, that's how it was written on the letter the girlfriend presented.

Well in this rambling which is apparently written by Christian, you'll notice somewhere about halfway down the rambling the word "go's". That word stuck out to me because #1- it's spelled wrong, and #2- it's written by Christian. It reads like this:
