All good points Colors.
What I don't understand is this. Pardon me too people.
We are over populated now. In 30 years we will have just about cut every tree down in existence where it still exists and more than likely still be breeding like rats.
Where is the fulcrum on this problem alone?
To me it doesn't mean health at all because I've been in some of your hospitals and many of mine. Both are completely different in nature albeit the "Where you are" so....
I don't think this is about health at all.
Consider.
If there were a plan to colonize Mars in the next decade I could completely understand. We are no about to do that nor will we that I can see either.
The entire summation of this is? We are all going to live longer, people will not smoke, will not use substances, will not drink, will not use cell phones in cars, will pay taxes.
The end product: People live longer and get more angry with each due to having no space thus providing that one opportunity that everyone dreads. That mistake in space when someone gets hyper and presses that wonderful RED button.
I chose my Avatar and web site for a reason. We'll all be connected to each other via a series of bottle jars and communicate with telepathy. I think this is where the health service is going. Clean DNA, Clean People, lots of coding to use for new people should we need them in cryogenics.
Tongue in cheek but with a smatter of concern

Or you can look at it like this: an attempt to create a healthier society.
I know when we look at things as individuals we have a tendency to be very self-centered. We feel like our freedoms our being impinged. And that is true. But when you look at things from a wider perspective you see things differently, and realize that the whole is the sum of the parts, and the whole can only change when the individual parts changed.
