I recently picked up 2 new pedals, An MXR Micro Amp (clean booster for overdriving amp inputs), and Phase 90 (script version) I just laid down a short demo (New Pedal Demo), playing along to a bass/drums backup track I found online. The amp's a Fender Champ cranked full for the main guitar. The cleaner part during the chorus is a Supro 2X12 combo.

anywho, love the recording. you really showed everything that can be done with a phaser. the light phase on the overall gtr sound and the 'almost vibrato' effect ala led zeppelins no quarter. outstanding.

I have a phase90 and a BYOC confidence boost (sm circuit as the micro amp). A lot of folks wonder... isn't a boost just for solos? and anyone who's owned one knows - "no, they make a great transparent overdrive possible".

Thanks MM...Yeah, I wasn't looking for volume increase at all really with the Micro Amp. I was after a pure booster with no overdrive or coloration that would hit the inputs of my tube amps, and make the amps do all the distortion.
