I'm throwing a Battle of the Bands and giving away a FREE music video as the grand prize. The event will be held at The Oaks in Maner on August 25-26th. The after party will be in the upstairs bar at Nuno's on 6th St.
I'm ultimately looking for an awesome band with the talent, style, and sound to really make it to the next level and compete with the mainstream bands. The event is not genre specific, and I want a variety. No one genre says success. I want the music video I am giving away to be attached to a band that will take it places like MTV or VH1. I'm also donating half the event to a couple of really good charities that help the homeless and other over looked members of our society.

Bands must submit:
1. Music track on a CD.
2. Press kit
Band Bio (Microsoft word document attachment)
Band Member Bio (All member bios should be submitted in one
Microsoft word document attachment)
Photos (Attachments in jpg format, limit three photos)
Links to any websites and/or Myspace pages with information about
the band.
Links to any live performance footage or music video footage that is
already hosted online (You Tube, Myspace, etc.)
3. Submission fee (don't worry it is low, i know what being a strugling
artist feels like)
