Do I count?? neanderpaul as various 3 pieces and as solo live looping about 10 years total. As the looping solo act about 7 years.
I had a band that lasted beyond 2 years. We were a bunch of folks who just loved to play. We played anything and everything and had to be forced to take breaks. Once, I did a dinner recital and my accompanist played during the dinner hour although I had a a CD for that purpose. He came to me and asked "would you mind if your favorite pianist played during the dinner hour?" I don't know when Jack ate but this is the kind of musician I want with me on a permanent basis. You wanna be with me, you gotta love to play.

My band "Spellbound" in the 80's.... 3 years in the running till my lead vocalist got seriously addicted to coke! We were under First Class Management and when we weren't doing clubs, we were doing colleges... Always had a gig.... started geting crazy though when we did weekday gigs (got home by 5:30 AM and I had to be at my full time job at 7AM) Funny how we were able to handle it though when we were younger... If I tried that now, I'd be dead! Here's my old 80's act ( I'm on the far right and yes, I know, We looked like homos but we gots paid):

Most everyone looked like homos in the 80's LOL.
I remember the late 70's and early 80's, everyone was selling coke.
Hell we were snorting it off the tables in public in the Pizza place.
Used to be the "underground" was a friendly place as long as you were "cool", then it got ugly, people were rude, hatefull and everyone was walkin the dog.
Glad I could walk away when I did.
Good pic man. Brings back fond mamories.
