Haley,

Everytime we do a gig we find something else new about the drive rack.

Lately we use eq curve D when we eq the room. Its got the happy face eq curve, then we go back in and add some sub frequencys to get that big bottom that music seems to have today. When we play dance music between sets it sounds just like a disco.

JW, IMO the Driverack pa is worth it's weight in gold. Large arena soundmen hate them and don't use them. If you are a working musician out there doing your own setup and having to perform also in clubs or festivals from 5 people to 5000, I just can't live without it, the one I have now I have had for 5 years and I have really learned the inner workings of that peice of gear. Simply put it is an amazing peice of equipment.

Im with you Haley, we have a soundman that just cant keep his hands off the knobs. So it eliminates one piece for him to fool with. I want to get a second unit for our monitor system whenever I get the spare change.

That can be so agravating JW to have a soundman that over does the sound. Thats why I trained my wife she is the best soundman I have ever had. I just can't piss her off at home because she will tell me that's it no ones going to be able to hear you tonight LOL!
A friend of mine has one for his monitor system and it works great for him. $499.00 is not a bad price for a piece of gear that does all those jobs.
