Well here's a Youtube clip that clears up 37 years of confusion I've had about the timing of Zeppelin's R&R intro...AH HA, the intro starts on "the and of 3" not on the 1. There's a couple of pushed snare accents near the end of the intro on the album that this guy plays straight, but just knowing what beat it starts on makes all the difference.
