well giongi, if I ever get around to a paying band, that's some good advice, and seeing as how me mum went to school for accounting and economics, and took tax preparing courses I'm pretty sure she'd have my back pretty good (don't ask what the hippie does these days though) an crips place is a lot better then mine, I live on the border of bear country though I'm only a few hours north of him haha

It does not cost much to set up and maintain. Make your boss pay your company as a sub contractor. Then you can start to claim the same benefits that major corps are able to claim and write off expenses such as guitars, equipment, transportation to gigs etc etc etc.
