I lived in Grand Rapids for a couple of years, so I know what you mean. I had my fill of it when I lived there.

YEah, fish...if your roof's leaking, your rafters will be rotting soon, & THAT, sir, is not something you want in a house. Plus there's the ever-present fears of black mold, which can kill.

Don't fear me just cuz I'm a Pisces...

Sorry about the roof.

We've had a lot of rain lately but thankfully its now moving off and out to sea. The forecast is the usual NJ scheme of things now. From the forties someone turns up the heat lamp and we pretty much roast in a moist atmosphere.

I've often wondered why anybody settled in NJ other than the thousands of NYC Tycoons that live here?

After all temperatures can be as low as minus 20 and below and with a frost line required in building of 30 inches YES 30 Inches and a summer index anywhere up to 105 on occasion. It's made me wonder more than once.

I suppose we are just incredible people in NJ or just incredible stupid, make you choice but a difference of 135 degrees over 12 months can do something to ones body.

Make it want to leave NJ.
