One handed applauses are pointless, and are counter-productive in an area/forum where one seeks applause. At this stage in life I seek neither applause, nor do I care about being cast in a pit of agonizing silence. At some time of alienation, the guard will stick his head in the door to see if I am breathing. And as far as :never-minds" in November of 2008 they said that also.
If, as the title of this thread suggests, this was meant for me. I don't understand either what you're saying, or why you're directing it at me.
Ya know, for a guy who named himself "The Writer," you don't get your point across very well when you write.
I said nothing about one hand clapping, & even if I had, your response makes no sense to me.
You keep talking about your lack of need for applause, yet, when your work is panned, you seem to take offense when your work warrants it, even as you freely admit that it isn't art. Take a stand on it or shut up already. Don't tell me it's crap one second, & then say it's the lastest craze that'll be here to stay, the next.
You haven't been alienated. There has been a lot of free discourse between us, & many others have responded to you as well. I suspect you may have serious issues with getting attention. Perhaps you should see someone about that, cuz we aren't qualified to help in those areas...
If you are alienated, the guard isn't checking up on you because he cares. He just wants to make sure you don't drop dead on his watch, so don't get your hopes up when he's covering his own ass.
I certainly did not say "nevermind" last November, & I also fail to see how that in any way relates to anything else that we've talked about.
Do you ramble this aimlessly in person, or only in print?
