I'll tell you what, Sans. If ya'll want to make a road trip, I'll do ya three songs at my studio for FREE. All it would cost is gas money and maybe a motel for the night if you wanted to put in an extra day and really polish it. It's about a 6 hour drive for you. My friend, Tim, who's helping me with my studio is a Christian drummer and went to the Recording Workshop school in Ohio. He took the full course and is looking forward to us recording with the newly remodeled studio. Of course you would be expected to pay for the pizza. :) It would give you an idea of what to expect in the studio, recording with headphones and using a click track and all. All you would need to bring are your axes and effects and your drummer may want to bring his kick pedal, snare, and cymbals if he's that attached to them.

I will certainly take it up with the boys. Sounds like a butt load of fun just for the road trip!
Thanks for the offer. I'll get back to ya!

I usually work in twos or threes, but one at a time is a solid option, too.

Today was my last day at the gun shop.
I start being an RN again on Monday.
The bank keep delaying my daughters close on her new home.
My dog needs his rabies shot.

Thanks J.
Just whinning and making excuses really.
Springfield is sending me a replacement guide rod free.
The cat will heal, she is a spoiled beast as it is. Inside cat ya know.
I will miss the good folks at the gunshop, and repairing the weapons was a lot of fun for me. But I hated dealing with some of the losers trying to sell whatever they had stolen during the week so they can get high on the weekends.
The Nursing job will go a long way toward funding the recording sessions.
Jeanette is healing well. The kid who hit her car has insurance.
I'll get some needed rest this weekend. Play the gig next weekend. Then we will get bck on track with the whole recording process. 8)
