hahahaha yah most jam bands other then the dead and floyd get old quick, there was a good jam band around here but they added an ego maniac flashy guy who is playing keys for them, just cuz you get in with a national jam act for a show doesn't make you good, and I don't like some metal bands but I like there shows

There's a jam-ish band called Sideburn. New, but feels like 70s stuff.

i got into music cause well i'm a natural i mean i literally picked up a guitar and started was good. not great but good. plus my dad always supported me when i said hey i want to learn how it play an instrument. but to put a point this, i basically live and breath music it got me through some ruff times so figured i'd make some and yeah and that is that.

Nice story and reasons I have if you got the time to listen.
In the 5th grade band was madatory, and i began with the trumpet, but I was way behind the other kids in my school becuase I has just moved to that district. I continued with that until my highschool years where I actually started to understand what music was. I picked up the Trumpet (for real this time) baritone, euphonium, tuba, susaphone, trombone, clarinet, I "tried" at drums but i lack the ability to only use 1 bass pedal.
I tried out for choir and learned that I dont sound as bad as I imagined I did. And I picked up my dream instrument the BASS.

Heres the WHY I stuck with it:
I have always been a very anti-social person, esentric and all that.
I didnt think that anyone else thought like me until I discovered the fine art of thrash metal. Here was a world world that I understood. My metal bands throughout the time have been a way for me to convey what is going on in my head, whether its a fabrication on whats real, or a story.
Music is a connection for me, I wouldnt give it up for anything.
