Screw it...the patch goes on tomorrow morning!

This should be a real thrill after about 40yrs of smoking.

Just think, with all the money we'll both be saving, I can sell the Pearls and buy DW! Yeah, that'll happen real soon.

the best part about home gardens is the food is the property of whom ever distributed the seeds in the first place, so if you buy somethin, and then grow the seeds....it still isn't yours...as for them goin after gardens...next thing you know it'll be illegal to peacefully congregate, seriously, we're already worse off then some nations in europe, and those are socialist states....but we still have our 'freedom' so we don't notice

Funny this post comes up 7 years to the day my wife and I quit smoking. I couldnt save a nickel till we quit. Ive done a lot better since then though I was able to spend a lot more on the things that I wanted like band stuff I now own 7 guitars , 2 bass guitars ,3 amps ,a PA ,a 32 ch mixer, and a bunch of other stuff I couldnt list cause my memory aint as good as I wish it were. But the best thing is how much better we both feel since we quit those damned infernal cancer causing things. BTW I just lost a fav aint to lung cancer a week ago so I feel a lot of disent for the companies that produce them right now. If the gov taxes the smoker an exra buck a pack it dont hurt me one note less. My wife and I both smoked for 30 years and beleive me it was the worst experience of my life quitting. But I hope I said or done something that will get another to think about. Good luck to those that are really trying to better themselves be it stopping a bad habit or improving the air

Just a side note from an RN:

I have pushed that last dose of MSo4 on many a cancer patient whom never smoked.
I have cared for many a man and woman >100 years old whom have smoked every day for 80 years.
