I'm presently listening to the "worst songs" thread right now so it's hard to concentrate LOLLL but I use a large box fan (available at your local drug store or wally-landings) in the spring/ summer.. they work great and I barely hear my alarm.. but still do.. they block out most annoying noises.

I have a CO2 pistol - virtually silent. Blow gun darts work well, too.

you could attack it with a bunch of logan berries, if it knows the defense for that, then a banana, failing that a 16 ton weight, or maybe a poin-ted st-ick

Hmmmm well I do have a throwing knife. Never thrown it, thrown everything else.....

I have managed to knock off one of its talons from its left foot, caught it a blinder in the neck and sent it hurling with a rock from 50 feet.

F**k THAATTT!!!

I had 2 of them living with the neighbors behind my house for a while. They looked like they were fighting Roosters. I don't know who I wanted to kill more. The birds, or the owners for having them wake up every neighbor for 2 blocks at 4 in the morning. EVERY F**KING MORNING!!!! I seriously couldn't imagine 30 of them.. That's just freaking torture for Las Vegas people. The lifestyle here is to stay up late and sleep in. Roosters are hell on a hangover.

It's not illegal to have them in Las Vegas.

In fact, I'm pretty sure the Roosters were more legal than the people who had them. Hahaha.

Many areas have rules against "nuisance pets" & livestock. You may want to check into that. There might be laws for your area which keep ppl from having chickens & pigs & such. Of course, if you're in a rural area with lots of farms, this doesn't apply...

hmmm, I guess if there's nothing you can do physically to them, because you fret it might hurt the roosters, and talking to your landlord has offered you no help, you probably need to buy you some ear plugs, and find another place to record your music if you are recording at home. Just a thought.

Nope I think its one of those things that has to find a way of ending. It's not just about recording although that wretched noise does put you off, its about people and how they treat you too.

I think your right however. I move would stop everything that bothers me.
