While we're on the subject of Boston, however, did you ever notice how inferior the SECOND album sounded in comparison? It's almost like they upstaged themselves with the first. Alice Cooper, The Byrds, Stones, and ,of course The Beatles are examples that come to mind of groups that had successively excellent albums. Maybe Schultz and company should have held off a little longer until they released a second album.

I don't really know for sure, but I was under the impression that the first Boston Album was @ 90% Tom Shultz (much like Third Stage). Don't look Back was more of a band album. I may be wrong, though.

I am sorta partial to Peter Gabriel's "So" & "Plays Live" too.

I saw a mini-concert on TV recently. He's a very entertaining guy, riding a bike & walking around like a mouse in a big clear ball while singing, or wearing that flashlight sport coat while he sings "Sledgehammer." He also did a song where he walks around upside down while he sings. He's always been a master of the art of stage presentation. Gotta respect that as much as his amazing voice!

The Candlebox 'greatest hits' was their.. greatest? lol
Their albums have too many fillers, imo.

I NEVER said that their "GREATEST" hits was great ...

But their self titled album was pretty DAMN good IMHO
