I misunderstood Hayden... simple as that. Again... I apologize.

excuse me...

Triadster Records wrote:To begin... what your seeing when you first visit the site.... is a "Label". Which is what any/all services offered by Triadster Records is based on.

As a Label.. I sign artists to production deals... and produce for them opportunities for the duration of the contract agreement.

Yes... that part is true... and once I find some musicians... which I have been looking for since day one here... i'll be able to continue the purpose of the site.

I need musicians Hayden... I have made that plain from the start.

If I signed you right now Hayden as a solo artist... what exactly do you think I could do for you.... when I can't even find musicians for the solo artist I have now... how am I going to find them for "you"?

Unless I get an organized system of musicians together... I will have to limit my resources to full bands. I'm sorry... but I have no choice. I don't like it... but there's nothing I can do.

What it comes down to Alan, is really quite simple-

You have no musicians networked regionally or nationally to team up with potential "artists" whom you may sign in the future. It's rather stunning that in this world of instant communication, that you cannot find a single one for the one artist you do have signed up, but that's another topic I suppose.

And here's your problem. You need capitol to support that artist, but you also need musicians to also support that artist. You are expecting the musicians to consolidate on your site so the combined capitol can help support the atrist(s) now and in the future.

Such a lofty and questionable goal is seemingly shackled right out of the gate. Why would any musician sign up, knowing that because you have such few other artists and musicians, that their efforts (their money) will not turn over anything for a year or more? And that's assuming you have any sort of success. You really are asking that someone just hand you money on the hopes that way in the future, it pays off for them.

You have no screening process, so an aspiring musician may join your site on hope, and never make the cut to even get to an audition. How can you turn down free monthly dues to someone who sucks?

What you really need to do is what everyone else has figured out when it comes to the internet: Offer something on the table to entice musicians.

Why not offer a 6 month or 1 year FREE membership for musicians? Surely you would rather start your site with hundreds of musicians already on hand, and maybe even charge a small fee for "artist referral" to each musician to hook them up with an artist as a way of getting something for your 'free accounts' and then the monthly paid musicians could have unlimited referrals?

No offense, but the current model you have would never, ever, entice anyone who has ever come in contact with an Amway recruiter. If you are looking for suckers (and I'm not making accusations), then you might find a few, but certainly not enough to profit off the venture.

If you seriously are sincere and honest about your business, then you should either consult with an internet business specialist, or trust those of us who've watched hundreds of comapnies like yours start, then fail, over and over and over.

You probably don't like it, but you have to admit there's a lot of truth to what I'm saying, and I will guarantee that you will fail if you don't adjust your business model.

Then again, I think I can speak for everyone here, that Hayden's offer is true and valid. If he came back here and said your service was honest and valuable, I would sign up, as would a lot of people here. So.. take him up on his offer... Let us see how that goes.

No Kramer... what it actually comes down to is the fact that... because your all depending on FREE services... your not getting any assistance worth talking about... your all on a FREE forum crying about needing this and needing that... and one of the reasons why your all in need is... your supporting a system that doesn't work to support you in the areas of major concerns... such as financial backup.

Where's all your financial backup people?

If finding musicians was as easy as you suggest Kramer.. why is the majority of people on this site still looking for a band member? Looks like i'm not the only person having trouble finding this person or that person.

So here I am... I come along and offer a system of organization.... I tell you that I will literally pay for your Music Hall expenses... that I will work with you and try to organize you into a working band... and do my best to provide you with the financial backup that you need to increase your chances of success....

But because I won't work my ass off for FREE for you... because I won't pay for the Music Hall for FREE for you... and because... I am asking you to show me some respect in return by contributing into a system I organized for the purpose of honestly trying to help you people... you have problems.

I am very sorry... apparently I am completely wasting your people's time. I will leave you's be. Please have a great day.

And good luck with your music. I wish you all the best.

Alan Thebeau.

Things could have been so different people. I honestly wanted to work with you's to try to help in any way I could. You want people to give you a chance.... but... some of you aren't willing to offer others what you expect them to provide you.

I mean... 10 lousy bucks... lol. Are you kidding me? Your not willing to help me organize real opportunities that cost real money... because of why? A monthly fee of 10 lousy bucks?

I am so very sorry your not comfortable with investing into a system ... that was honestly organized to invest in you too.

I certainly do wish you all the best. Though I have wonder if the best you'll ever find... for FREE.

If you cant invest 0.00 bucks to get people to invest in your venture, how can you expect us to?
If you would have accepted my challenge to review the site (that would cost you zip) you would have an argument!
But just as the others who have come here with similar offers, you refuse and blame us for your failure to recruit subscriptions!

Here I am apologizing to you people because you can't understand what it is I am trying to do for you... yeah.... get that... I am apolozing for "your" lack of understanding... and your best reply is INSULTS?

Thats just fine.... but... lets keep this fair shall we.... lets all hear your great plans of "fairness". If (for example) you were to give me $10 per month for 1 full year... totalling $120 ... what do you think you deserve in return for that $120.

How many hours would I have to work my ass off for you? How many gigs will I have to guarantee for you? How many things MUST I buy for you????

A couple of you seem to be great at explaining what you don't want... now lets see how smart you's are at explaining what you "do" want. And remember.... your only paying a total of $120... and its taking you a freaking year to finally give it to me at only 10 lousy dollars per month.

Now what do you want in return? Lets hear your great plan.

Oh... and to add... yes.. I should pay $10 a month to send a freaking email... thats fair... but asking you to pay $10 a month for a FREE Music Hall... that makes me an idiot.

Do you do your own thinking do you?

I don't want to insult you people... thats NOT what I came here for.... and its NOT what I think you deserve. I understand your all weary of scam artists... and I understand you all want things darn near on paper... a guarantee in your pocket ... etc. etc.

Your concerns make complete sense to me.... and i'm trying to work "with" you's here. I understand your position... and i'm willing to compromise and try to create real opportunities for everyone.

But OMG people... I can't offer any of you a damn thing for FREE. There's not a freaking thing I can get my hands on for zero dollars... that is worth your time.

I want to buy REAL opportunities. And real opportunities ... it costs money. I can't send you to a studio to record a song for free.... and you know I can't.

So help me out here... what do you's want?

... Alan.
