Would like to meet some musicians in the Cleveland area into new sounds and instruments. I play drums, guitar and keys so I would like to switch on stage or studio. Style is the result of different mindset coming together and taking what you get.

I uploaded a couple songs on bandmix. The mp3s loose a crap load of high end, like no cymbals. I don't know why cause the wave files sound great. Anyway, these songs were perfomed on Worlds Only ELECTRIC DRUMS alone, no other instruments except cymbals an vocals. Kit was miced same as acoustic.

I'd like to hear some examples of your keys & guitar work. Your electronic drums ain't making it for me, but that recording quality is so bad I couldn't listen long enough to tell if you're a drummer.

Philby is always on the money. But the sound quality is fine. Good really. I don't know what's going on between your song and philby's ears but it sounds good to me. Musically it's kind of doomy. The one conistent low note that is playing through out is what is making it feel doomy to me. I agree with philbymon in that you need some other instruments in there. It's like a bagpipe. The one note droning just makes it monotonous. You're voice is pretty decent. I love the idea of electric drums. I think a wah/volume type pedal attached to control the notes of the drums would open up your full band sound / one man band potential. I'm impressed and looking forward to more. Good luck!

The lower end frequencies are cut off by your recording device. I can tell you that much. Not bad, but it sounds incoherent to me.

Thanks for the ideas Paul. I am continually working to ad to or improve ELECTRIC DRUMS. The wahwah and zone idea is cool. I thought a drums only song might give someone a different view of what can be done with these drums. hmmmm

I will be adding another recording of the same song pretty soon. I changed the kit, mics, sample rate, ect. but mp3 will still rob a bit.
