In a recent fight with Axl Rose from Guns N Roses, Scott Weiland, Velvet Revolver frontman, sent Axl this letter:

Damn, I couldn’t imagine people writing for me. How many albums have you put out man and how long did it take the current configuration of this so-called “band” to make this album? How long? We toured our album over a year and a half. How many shows have you played over the last ten years? Oh, that’s right - you bailed out on your long awaited comeback tour, leaving your remaining fans feeling shall we say a trifle miffed?! In all fairness, that letter sounds like the mentality of what a 14 year old would write in middle school.

Scott Weiland is MUCH better. The first Velvet Revolver album has some nice stuff on it. THE NEW ALBUM, however sounds like guns n roses. (A total flop in my opinion) (why would you want to sound like guns etc.?)

The first Velvet Revolver album was better than most GUNS music right off the bat. It is really about what you like. But the fact is that Axl was a jerk off and not only was a f**k to his band mates, but to anyone he had contact with is absolutely true.
