Hang on the forum, make connections with everyone not just metal musicians. I have found a guitarist/vocalist and a female vocalist for a hardrock/blues/metal band. We are starting the rehearsal process in few weeks - hopefully we will open a can of "asswoup". Now looking for drummer and bass player.

And yes. I play non-screamo metal, but in Bay Area. Just be patient. get to know people. get contacts build your network. This is an awesome community with only occasional flamer here and there.

Over the holidays we were traveling. One week Michigan the next week Florida. Back home finally and my computer was basically worthless with the memory issues I had talked about earlier here in the forums. So I have a new machine (YEA!!) and I am about to record a new demo hopefully this week.

When I finally get it recorded I will be posting and waiting for the critiques

Just didn't work out. VERY long story. I don't know if I can keep trying. Musicians are a very ....shall we say...artistic breed. I will keep my bandmix going and look around, but not sure if I am ready to keep trying to pursue.
