Kramer, if you want to lose weight, my suggestion would be to write down everything you eat and drink every day for 2 weeks. Figure out the calories and cut the calories back some, in other words leave some food on the table. Another suggestion would be to just drink water, no soft drinks or sweet tea.

Last yr I had balloned to around 200 lbs. I started drinking just water, other than beer, but just water. I also cut my calories back to a point that I started losing weight. I weigh myself every morning and evening and regulate calories. Im maintaining my weight between 158 and 163 lbs now.

When people want to lose weight lots of people start a workout schedule, but for me when I raced motorcycles and worked out and ran all the time, I ate too much. I stayed a lot hungrier than I did before, so in my case going to the gym ussually means that I gain weight.

Good Luck, if you lose enough weight you will get the babes like this.....

I just couldnt help myself!

Hey JW, nice pic. My wife saw me browsing that and was like "I better not see you doing that!" LOL, what she don't know... Alot of it really is part of teh show, you more or less have to give the impression of availability, even if you are not.

But regarding losing weight, yeah, it is all about calories. I did weight watchers years ago with my wife (more to support her than anything) and they probably have the best calorie cutting approach out there. I'm terribly out of shape as well, so I'm going to institute a weights and exercise program to go with the low calorie diet and hopefully snap back quick - I remember on WW I was losing 5-10 a week and had to stop when I started getting scrawny lol.

Getting a sit-down job after 15 years of standing up and moving around is taking it's toll.

Kramer, I still say stop drinking anything but water. Its the simplest thing you can do. After my morning coffee I start chugging water all day, if you have cold water it makes your metabolism adjust your body temp which revs up your metabolism. After years of hard labor, Im in a desk most of the time now. Heck just start leaving food on the plate.

One word of caution if you get lean and mean the women might start rubbing your belly.................................................

My gal friend took those pictures, It was a long ride home sat night! Shes actually pretty cool about stuff like this...................................................

Yes sir! Its all about the water! Your body cannot burn the fat without spare hydrogen ions. Drink lots of water. As long as your kidney function is good you will lose fat.
Stay away from scales (weight type) as you lose fat and gain muscle mass your weight may actually increase at the onset of the process.
Measure the fat (pinch method is accurate enough) use the mirror.
Go by how you look and feel. Unless your cutting weight for a fight scales are irrelevent.
I used to make the boys drink a lot of water when I was training them. It helps cut fat & speeds electochemical conduction.

haha some funny stuff here
Oh and low-carb diets are shyt. You do need carbs to burn the fat. Just exercise, walk and don't eat as much chocolate and NO wheat.
