I have gotten 10 calls off of craigslist which is free. Zero off of this piece of sh*t! This site also seems to have an abundance of Jesus freak musicians WTF?

if you haven't noticed..there's relgious people everywhere around you,religions alot like shitty pop music,higley fabricated,built for the masses of simple minds,you can't hide from it,and made for people that can't find their own way.

Hey man, you joind a week ago, you have one post, "THIS SITE SUCKS" In my opinion, wich is the only one I agree with 90% of the time. You could have given a little moore time, and mayby tryed to network threw the forum. You wiil mayby get some responce now, but its not gona be what you where looking for. Yes there are religious people all around. That is precisely why we have wars and terrroism. If you want to beleive in mythology thats your business. My four year old beleives in santa. Hopefully he wont as an ADULT. As for whining, move out of the country if you dont dig freedom of speech. You guys with hundreds of posts kill me. Maybe instead of being the forum police you should focus on why you have no life.

Maybe you should examine the reasons and feelings that compell you to be a troll.
Or why you think that your opinions on the worth of this site, or on religion, carry any kind of weight whatsoever.

I've been a paid member for over two years (membership has its privileges). I've done the Craig's List, Backpage.com, etc. myspace "free" sites. The quality of those responding here has been higher IMO than on the "free" sites. Quality is more important to me than quality. The forum here is the best IMO. Too much good info offered by members here gratis (I think that's free in Latin). I've been playing in pro bands for over 27 years, none of them religious (some have labeled me irreligious). Right now some of the best music being put out there is Christian based music. Not that I'm a Christian but I'd rather listen to it than a lot of the other crap being put out there. There's nothing wrong with having strong convictions of ANY KIND and expressing it through music just as you're doing here on Bandmix. If you stay on here long enough you might be pleasantly surprised at the results. In case you didn't notice we're in a tough economic times. Getting a band together and getting it out there gigging is much harder than it used to be. A lot of musicians are working two or three day gigs just to break even and have no time for music. There's fewer places to get paid gigs and more people wanting those gigs. Your search for musicians is going to be harder than ever I'm afraid. You're going to have to be PATIENT. I understand your frustration. This is not an easy business. You've got a couple of good tunes on your profile page, that'll help you get some response, but BE PATIENT.

I know you figure if you come in and make a lot of noise you will get some quick action. It doesnt work that way, you have to work deliberately and patiently and good things will start to fall in place.
