Bands And Albums.

I cant believe im the first person to post on this band
mabye i'm not working the forums right i dont know..either way i think this is the best band out today i feel that theyre influence is rooted in great bands like Floyd and Zepplin, long melodic ..deep and hardcore with clean singing, heavy screams, and enough different tones to satisfy any audiophile. combined with brilliant poetic lyrics..nothing else comes close..in my humble opinion of course.
They intellegently space theyre albums far enough apart to give them room to grow, and keep them from all sounding the same ..if you havent heard them you should definatly give them a chance..if you already hate them..well then thats your opinion.... and all i can say to that would be....um ...ok?

Honestly though, you're right. Every album is somewhat different in terms of complexity and heaviness of the sound. Undertow is my absolute favorite of their albums, because 4°, Bottom (my absolute favorite) and Sober are on it. I, personally, prefer Perfect Circle's Mer du Noms and 13th Step to Tool's latest album.

kewl id have to agree with you about those songs off undertow i just personally find it hard to say that any one is better than any other probobly because they are so different i mean 46 and 2 is very different from Bottom as from parabola and from 10000 days parts 1 and 2
i also though perfect circle had a couple of well written albums too
