What on Earth is a deathcore band? Lately I'm seeing a more and more diverse genre terminology? Maybe I'm getting too old, I can't retain or understand the meaning of these varied genres. DemonAngelSpawn? Is that the name of your band? Kind of reminds me of the hall of fame pitcher Warren Spahn. DId you know he had a twin brother named Milt? Later...

Bob, with the new metal bands, each one comes out with a new sub-genre for themselves. Most of em are bullshyt!

To me, there's Progressive Metal, Thrash Metal[80s fast stuff], Death Metal[talks bout eating flesh and burning people alive, fun], and Black Metal [depressing kinda metal] and that's it.

Deathcore is a mix of Death Metal and Hardcore...It has the riffs and technicalities of Death Metal, but the vocal styles and brutal breakdowns of Hardcore.
