Yes ICU ROCK Good one.
Believe you me there is more to being a "good" RN than pushing a few pills. If not for nurses assesments telling doctors who was really ill in the hospital. The death toll would be staggering. No brag. Just observation of fact. I have had to send patients from a unit to ER / ICU against the doctors wishes more than once. As soon as the doctor walks off my unit telling me the patient is in no danger. I pick up the phone and transfer to higher level of care anyway. On two of those occasions the patient whom the MD said was in no danger DIED within minutes of arrival to ER.
Be afraid, be VERY afraid.
What you don't know can kill you.

Once upon a time, I was an IV techician on an IV team. I worked with a nurse who was once an ER nurse. One of her worst experiences in the ER was a patient came in with nausea and some other problems. I am not going to get the story 100% correct but she tried to get the doctor to recognize the patient's symptoms as being cardiac related. The doctor ignored her and the patient did not make it out of the ER alive. On top of that, the doctor turned the story around to blame her for incompetence.

Yes, be VERY afraid, indeed.

isn't the best medicine combination common sense and intuition?
