I don't read music, I don't write notes on a page, I have no clue about music theory. I am a singer, not a musician.

call yerself whatever you like... wikipedia calls you a musician.

I consider myself a guitarist. Yet I have written a percentage of the songs our band does, as have all of our members. Yet I feel Eric is the only one whom really qualifies as a musician.
The same way I would not consider a guy with a 0 & 10 win loss record a fighter.
I aspire to be a musician.

I am a musician. Imagine that! All I know is that I can't NOT sing. If music is on or playing I have to!

I've said it before and I'll say it again,
The Capt. does have his flammin' moments (just ask Jimmie D and Mikey G), but he does add a bit of much needed spice to the forum. Plus he digs the music of The Original Mind Melters, so He and I are on some common ground!

Otherwise, I would be willing to concede that the turntable guy is a percussionist, like someone else previously said..
