I try to stay off the radar, but yeah, I think I'd have to report that one as well.

What I find truly amazing is that people fall for this crap.

It's a scam. I have been in contact with the FBI about these before.
The Real FBI will tell you this is a common scam tactic, and as it is international. There is nothing they can do about it.

Well, then perhaps it's best if I just keep my big mouth shut about it, or risk having them look into my "illegal transactions" with imposters & stuff, huh?

I think these scams are funnier than sh*t. It's absolutely amazing to me that people actually believe this crap and send money. You can't be serious about sending this notice to the FBI. If some dumbass is stupid enough to send money then I could give a sh*t. FBI in this case stands for friggin buttmunch imposter. Later...

That just screams scam...I've seen quite a few of this type of scam, the grammar, bad english and punctuation here is the worst I've ever seen. Plural pronouns NEVER use an apostrophe. (see fee's under NOTE:) Spaces in the middle of words, completely illogical words in some sentences, horrible english...I see people use that type of plurals constantly online, it really ticks me off. MY taxes helped put you through school, and you didn't bother to learn to spell or use decent grammar and punctuation. it's two guitars, not two guitar's. That one is better then this one..should be THAN.

This email was prepared somewhere probably in Nigeria, not here in the US, but I see this from high school graduates and even college graduates all the time. People don't seem to know the difference between then and than; too, two and to; where to put an apostrophe, and quite often run 18 sentences together making it almost impossible to decipher.

And I'm sure people fall for this one every day...sad to think these people are supposedly "educated"...Our public education system is a shambles, high schools are turning out illiterates by the thousands and our government is worried about every third world country that yells HELP...without bothering to clean up their own back yard first...if people had paid just a little attention and learned a little something in school they would never be victims of sonmething of this nature, it's very obvious this is not an official communication. The FBI would probably show up on your doorstep anyway, not send you an email...I'll have to go find the one I got recently, if I didn't delete it but I think it's long gone.

Pete,
Spoken like a true ol' fart.

Actually, You reflect many of my own sentiments. I work over a month out of the year just to pay school tax on our property. I have always supported the idea of a liberal education for all, and still believe that an educated public is essential for a great society to function in a democratic republic such as The United States.

It seems that the sphere of government known as the school system is just as maligned as must of the others. Runaway spending and personal greed seem to be the order of the day.

Remember that old Mothers Of Invention song in which Zappa croons....
"Mister America, walk on by, your schools that do not teach"
Frank seen things for the way they were, and unfortunately, the way they still are.

Bring back those boring civics courses in the schools. I hated them myself as a student, but inadvertently acquired a gist of how government is supposed to work, and how you can participate in it. A great culture requires an educated citizenry.

Young people are as creative and talented as ever, and the deserve the guidance and support of the elders,
BUT IT SHOULDN' PUT US IN THE POOR HOUSE!

Now ya' got my blood boiling...
thanks buddy,

back on topic,
A properly educated person would likely never fall for such a scam!

I rest my case,
Howlin'

Dudes, I work in a Pawn shop. I know my spellin n gramer aint the best but most of it is either me thinking two sentences ahead of my fingers or intentional.
The public screewl system is fooked up! You would not believe the total idiots I deal with on a daily basis.
If your too stupid to steal the remote with the TV, so you can pawn it, you should be shot!
If your too stupid to pull the tag off of an item you stole from a store before you try to pawn it, you should be shot twice.
