I saw that on Myspace. Well, dude, it's for your own good. You're better than that. And keep the name; it's catchy.

well I sent out an email to the entire group, basically I posted the CL ad in the email, and put in: "Now that we're all on the same page, I'd like to stop by and pick up my gear. The sooner, the better."

Eh...it happens. You can't always successfully filter out the troublesome ones.

Make sure you keep your band name. The way the ad on CR sounded, it sounded like they were still Autagetit. Especially since you are the one maintaining the MySpace site. It really sucks that they did this behind your back. Like another person has said, good riddance. With that kind of back-stabbing you really know what they are like now. You can do better than that!

BTW since 'kramerguy' is taken by some seinfeld creep on myspace, anyone got any good ideas for a cool 'stage name' ?

A couple of my rules for staying in a band:

1) NEVER play for free at a bar
2) NEVER play with drunks and/or drug addicts. NOTHING good ever comes of putting up with deadbeats.
3) NEVER leave equipment at another band members house unless you don't care about your equipment
4) ALWAYS play the material YOU want to play, be it covers or originals.
5) If you work up originals ALWAYS perform them at gigs along with the covers.
6) NEVER play with anybody who DOES NOT WANT TO GET INTO A PRO STUDIO AND RECORD THE MATERIAL FOR PROMOTING YOUR BAND.
7) DO NOT put up with people who show up late for rehearsals or gigs.
PUT DOWN IN WRITING the goals of the band and start executing the goals

Kramer, whatever you do, you do NOT wanna get me started thinking up new names!
