Yeah Ryan, some people think it's "cool" or "hip" to purposely mangle the English language. If you can write English properly and don't, then you're not "cool." If you don't know how to write English properly then LEARN HOW THE FU*K TO DO IT. (Pardon my French.) Later...

I used to go to chat rooms, when I 1st got o/l. I would laugh like crazy at the ppl trying to have cybersex with all of their typos & inability to spell correctly.

I wrote a short "erotic" story in typonese, & posted it. It got a lot of laughs, but it's exhausting to try to read, even though it's only about a page long. It's where I got the name for that one band I played in - you guessed it - FUNK ME, FESTER! The guys liked that one better than "Egg Static Throes Of Plaster."

Christ, I could actually feel my brain WORK trying to read that sh*t. My eyeballs kinda went crossed too. How the hell you come up with that???? I need an aspirin.....

Being a history lover. If you read the chronicles, papers and letters of 100 & 200 years ago even amoung the highly edumacated you will see the spelling is always phonetic, the way english was intended. It is a beautifuly natural flowing language of sounds derived from more rigid language from all over the world. It was not untill modern time that the nazi bastards whom want to make everyone wrong but themselves attempted to standerdise that what was intended to flow naturally. I can read old english or the handwritten letters of American civil war soldiers just as easly, and dont give a dang bout spellin.

I'm with Mr Strain on this, and you know it makes you look lazy and stupid to have glaring spelling/grammar mistaskes.

Quit hollarin' about who's smarter than a 5th grader and lets get back to the young band starting out. I agree about the school comment, but hey we can't all be docters and laywers. Stay dedicated and dont lose site of you goal. understand that its a long road and don't expect instant fame. just hng in there and take critisism and learn from your mistakes. Good luck and God bless
